The blades on the 34" Powered VertiCutter were designed to trim the grass in order to encourage tillering and stolon development. The blades are 35mm apart and penetrate the soil no deeper than 0mm.
Suitable Uses:
As a method of controlling weeds and coarse noxious grasses that lie flat in the sward, including Yorkshire fog and Meadow grasses. - To reduce thatch by removing dead and decaying grass plants that would otherwise contribute to thatch.
The blades of the Powered VertiCutter should NOT touch the ground, as doing so will damage the grass.
Before using this cartridge, it is recommended that the lawn be levelled to minimise damage.
