Hansa C7 Petrol Gravity-Fed Chipper Description
The ultimate tool for efficiently sustaining your expansive garden or small farm. With a 70 mm diameter chipping capacity, branches simply flow through the broad inlet chute. The momentum generated by the cutting disk's cantilevered design generates a forceful draught for discharging chip onto a stockpile or trailer.
The C7 is propelled by a Honda GX200 engine with 6.5 horsepower. An industrial engine that is simple to initiate. Together with Honda, we have conducted a comprehensive engine compatibility testing programme to ensure that the capabilities of the C7 are precisely matched to the output of the Honda GX200. This ensures the longevity of the engine and chipper's high performance.
The C7 possesses exceptional self-feeding performance. The 12.5 kilogramme cutting disc rotates at 2,850 revolutions per minute, producing self-perpetuating inertia. Through the 130 x 150 mm infeed opening, the wing-shaped cutting disc draws foliage into the machine quickly and effectively. The 780 mm height of the outlet chute enables the user to transfer chip onto a trailer or stockpile.
Designed and manufactured in New Zealand with the highest quality materials for a lifetime of use. Soft Start Technology engages the belts between the engine and the cutting disc for smooth operation and to safeguard the engine from shock loading.
The steel construction and powdercoated finish with zinc shield corrosion protection provide durability.
By removing two fasteners from the housing, routine servicing and maintenance can be performed with ease. The two blades made from modified A8 steel have a remarkable lifespan and can be sharpened up to ten times. To gain access to the belts, merely remove the belt guard.
If assistance is required, our expert service staff is available to help you get the most out of your Hansa.
